Seekh Kebab
Seekh kebabs are the delicious sausage-like kebabs and they are SO EASY to make!

Ingredients
  • 250 g (8 oz) minced lamb or beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp onion seeds
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together to make a dough.
  2. Form the dough around a skewer to make a sausage shape.
  3. Place the kebabs on some aluminium foil on a baking tray. Either cook under a hot grill OR cover with another sheet of aluminium foil and bake in an oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
Titli's Tips
You may find that the dough doesn’t want to stick too well to the skewers. Just be firm with it and show it who is boss!
