Waldorf Salad
This is a simple salad made of fresh apples, celery and walnuts, dressed in mayonnaise and served on a bed of lettuce.

- Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the walnuts, grapes, apple and celery and mix well.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
