Veggie Burgers & Sausages
The mix for these tasty veggie treats is robust enough to be made into burgers or sausages.

Instructions
- Cook the mushrooms in a non-stick pan without oil for about 10 minutes to drive off the moisture.
- Put the onion, carrot, courgette and nuts in a food processor and process to a paste.
- Put the paste in a large bowl and add the breadcrumbs, mushrooms, parley and Marmite. Season lightly if desired then mix well.
- Form the mixture into either four burgers or eight sausages. Now either shallow fry in a little oil for 8 minutes, or cook under a hot grill for 8-10 minutes, turning just once.
Titli's Tips
Normally the mixture should hold its shape well. If it doesn’t you may need to add a little flour or oatmeal.
