Tuna Pasta Bake
A quick and tasty meal that is so SIMPLE that even your children can do this… which means you might even come home one night to a ready-cooked meal!

  • 200 g (7 oz) dried pasta (bows, pipes, shells, mice, anti-aircraft guns, …)
  • 150 g (5 oz) tin tuna
  • 150 g (5 oz) tin sweetcorn
  • 125 g (4½ oz) grated cheese
  • 400 g (14 oz) tin of mushroom soup
  • Handful of frozen peas
  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 8 minutes until “al dente”. Drain.
  2. Place the pasta in a bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Place the mixture in a casserole dish and bake in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
  4. How much easier can it get????
