Stuffing (Rosemary, Mushroom & Garlic)
Instead of using a packet mix, why not make your own stuffing for your roast chicken or turkey?

  • 500 g (16 oz) mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 250 g (8 oz) breadcrumbs
  • 250 g (8 oz) spring onions (scallions), chopped
  • 150 g (5 oz) halal salami
  • 125 g (4 oz) butter
  • 3 tbsp chopped rosemary
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onions, salami and garlic gently for about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from the heat, season with salt and pepper and stir in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Your stuffing is now ready to use. How easy was that?
Titli's Tips
You can, of course, add different herbs. You can make the stuffing in advance and store it in the freezer for a week before use.
