Chicken with Lemon and Garlic
This tapas combines lightly sautéed chicken with lemon and garlic to make a mouthwatering dish of delight!

Instructions
- Slice the chicken breast thinly across its width.
- Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes to soften.
- Add the garlic and cook for a further 30 seconds.
- Add the chicken and cook for around 10 minutes until the chicken is lightly browned.
- Add the juice and rind of the lemon, turn the heat down a little and deglaze the pan.
- Add the parsley, season well, mix and serve.
Titli's Tips
Decorate this dish with a few sprigs of flat-leaf parsley and a few strips of lemon rind. You can make a meal out of this by doubling the quantities and serving with rice.
