Vegetarian Recipes
A word to Vegetarians: The recipes I describe as "vegetarian" are free from meat, meat products and fish and will suit anyone on an ovolacto-vegetarian diet. Some recipes will be suitable for ovo-vegetarians and some for lacto-vegetarians. Some may even be suitable for vegans. Some non-vegetarian recipes can easily be made in vegetarian form and therefore I have included them in the vegetarian section.
Momos are Nepalese small steamed dumplings that can be filled with vegetables or meat. In this recipe I show four different ways to fold the momos.
