Vegetarian Recipes
A word to Vegetarians: The recipes I describe as "vegetarian" are free from meat, meat products and fish and will suit anyone on an ovolacto-vegetarian diet. Some recipes will be suitable for ovo-vegetarians and some for lacto-vegetarians. Some may even be suitable for vegans. Some non-vegetarian recipes can easily be made in vegetarian form and therefore I have included them in the vegetarian section.
This is a very tasty, simple and nutritious dish featuring the humble sweet potato.

Aloo Gobi is a delightful combination of spicy cauliflower and potato. It makes a great main course or a contrasting side-dish. It’s a dry curry, so best eaten with roti.
