A quick and tasty meal that is so SIMPLE that even your children can do this… which means you might even come home one night to a ready-cooked meal!
- 200 g (7 oz) dried pasta (bows, pipes, shells, mice, anti-aircraft guns, …)
- 150 g (5 oz) tin tuna
- 150 g (5 oz) tin sweetcorn
- 125 g (4½ oz) grated cheese
- 400 g (14 oz) tin of mushroom soup
- Handful of frozen peas
- Cook the pasta in boiling water for 8 minutes until “al dente”. Drain.
- Place the pasta in a bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients.
- Place the mixture in a casserole dish and bake in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
