Spaghetti with Herb Sauce |

Looking for a quick, tasty, cheap meal? You can’t go wrong with some pasta and a few herbs!
- 180 g (6 oz) spaghetti
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped basil
- 2 tbsp chopped thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 2 tbsp pine nuts (optional)
- Salt
- Mix together all the ingredients (except the pasta) in a small bowl.
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes or until the pasta is al dente.
- Drain the pasta and return it to the warm pan. Add the herb mixture and toss well. Serve! How easy was that?!

This works best when you use fresh herbs. To avoid wasting your herbs you can make extra sauce and freeze it.
