Tandoori Chicken is a classic Asian dish, and it is surprisingly easy to make. So go and make some!

Instructions
- Remove the skin from the chicken and make some deep slashes into the flesh.
- Combine the yoghurt, oil garlic, salt and spices in a bowl. Add a few drops of red food colouring and mix well.
- Add in the chicken pieces and mix to coat well. Cover and leave in the ‘fridge overnight.
- Shake the excess marinade from the chicken pieces and place them on a wire rack in a grill pan or baking tray.
- Bake at 200°C for 35 minutes. Eat hot or cold!
Titli's Tips
By placing the chicken on a wire rack above a tray you allow the juices to fall away and create chicken which is evenly cooked on all sides.
