Instructions
- Trim and halve the chicken livers.
- Place the flour in a bowl together with the spices. Season well, then mix.
- Toss the chicken livers in the flour, then shallow fry in about 5mm (¼") of oil for 3-5 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
- Once the outside is slightly crispy remove from the oil and serve.
Titli's Tips
The outside of the liver pieces should have a slight crunch to them. The inside should be slightly pink and tender with that sweetnes that comes from chicken liver.
