This puff pastry pizza recipe is a simple and quick use of puff pastry to make a delicious supper.

Instructions
- Roll the puff pastry out to about ¼" (5mm) thick. Prick all over with a fork.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C/355°F fan oven, 200°C/390°F conventional oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before applying a layer of tomato sauce to within ½" (1 cm) of the edge of the pastry.
- Add a layer of mozzerella and then the toppings of your choice. Return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.

You can make the pizza whatever size or shape you want. You can even make mini pizzas for a party, although you might have to vacuum up the flakes of pastry on the carpet the next day...
