- Place the fish fillets on a grill pan or broiler tray.
- Mix the spices and lemon zest together and sprinkle it on the fish fillets.
- Grill or broil for 8-10 minutes before serving.

You can also dry-fry the fish in a pan if you prefer.
Any white fish will do for this recipe and it even works quite well for salmon. Serve with a salad or fresh salsa for a tip-top supper!
