Paprika-Spiced Almonds
Paprika spiced almonds are a wonderfully irresistable tapas which are quick and simple to prepare.

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add the almonds and stir continually for 5-7 minutes.
- Once the almonds have gone a golden colour pour them into a bowl and add the salt and paprika. Mix well and pour into a serving dish, leaving behind any salt that is stuck to the bowl.
Titli's Tips
Smoked paprika (hot or sweet) is best for this recipe. Start with ⅛th teaspoon of paprika and add more if you like your almonds a little spicier.
