Fish Pie is a very simple, tasty and versatile dish. You can adapt this recipe to the availability of fish in your area.

- Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces and place into a bowl with the prawns. Add in the cornflour and mix well.
- Add in the peas and sweetcorn. Mix well and pour the mixture into a casserole dish or pie dish. Season well.
- Whisk together the cream and milk in a bowl and pour over the pie mixture.
- Combine the cheese and breadcrumbs in a bowl and spoon over the top of the pie.
- Bake in an oven at 190°C for 25 minutes.
