Chicken Ceylon
Chicken Ceylon is a delicious mild curry cooked with coconut milk. This curry is as simple as they come, and maybe even your pet chimp might like it.

Instructions
- Heat the ghee over a medium heat and fry the onions, garlic & ginger paste, mustard seeds, salt and the chilli pepper for about 3 minutes.
- Add in the chicken and stir-fry for about 5 minutes to brown the meat.
- Add in the coconut milk and curry leaves. Bring to the boil. Cover and simmer gently for 20-25 minutes.
- It’s ready!!!!.
Titli's Tips
If your gravy becomes a bit thick, add some water and bring it back to the boil before serving.
