Vegetarian Recipes
A word to Vegetarians: The recipes I describe as "vegetarian" are free from meat, meat products and fish and will suit anyone on an ovolacto-vegetarian diet. Some recipes will be suitable for ovo-vegetarians and some for lacto-vegetarians. Some may even be suitable for vegans. Some non-vegetarian recipes can easily be made in vegetarian form and therefore I have included them in the vegetarian section.
This hot red chilli relish can spice up any meal! Put it on your burgers, in your hotdogs or on your poppadums.

A vegetarian Chilli Con Carne made with peppers, fennel and four kinds of beans. Add as many chillis as you like to taste, but 6 is probably the limit!

This Chinese curry sauce is incredibly quick and simple and can be used to make meat or vegetable curries, or just to dip your chips (fries) in!
