Bruschetta with Tomato & Basil
Get yourself a taste of the Mediterranean with this bruschetta recipe which combines ciabatta, tomato, basil and olive oil!

Instructions
- Toast the ciabatta on both sides.
- Place the tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, basil and olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and toss well.
- Cut the garlic cloves in half and rub them over both sides of the toated ciabatta.
- Place the ciabatta on a serving plate and spoon over the tomato and basil mixture.
Titli's Tips
This makes a great starter to an Italian meal and you can add other ingredients too, such as black olives or chopped salted anchovies. Enjoy!
