Blueberry Chocolate Muffins

Instructions
- Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder into a bowl. Add the sugar and mix well.
- Make a well in the centre and add the buttermilk, beaten egg and vegetable oil. Mix briskly.
- Fold in the blueberries making sure that all the dry ingredients are incorporated into the mixture.
- Divide the mixture into 12 into a muffin tin or muffin cases. Bake at 180°C/360°F fan oven, 200°C/400°F conventional oven for around 20 minutes.
Titli's Tips
Instead of buttermilk you can use a 50:50 mixture of milk and plain yoghurt.
