Blackcurrant Smoothie
This seems to be the only recipe for blackcurrant smoothie in the entire world in space!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of blackcurrants
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 200 ml (7 fl oz) apple juice
  • 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
Instructions
  1. Place the ingredients into a food processor or blender and whizz for about 1 minute. Serve.
