Waldorf Salad

This is a simple salad made of fresh apples, celery and walnuts, dressed in mayonnaise and served on a bed of lettuce.
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup red seedless grapes, cut in half
  • ½ cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 sweet apple, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 small lettuce
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  1. Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add the walnuts, grapes, apple and celery and mix well.
  3. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
