It’s easy to make your own garlic & ginger paste at home. Here’s how…
  • Equal quantities of garlic and ginger, e.g. 250 g (8 oz) of each.
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  1. Peel the ginger and the garlic cloves.
  2. Convert the garlic and ginger to a pulp by any of the methods shown in the video.
  3. Mix in the white vinegar and store in the ‘fridge in a sterilised jar.
  4. I told you it was easy!

Titli's Tips
The paste will keep in the ‘fridge for several weeks. Only make enough as you think you will be able to use, otherwise it will a terrible waste of garlic and ginger!
