No Mexican meal or football game is ever complete with a serving of Guacamole, and it really is so easy to make!
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 limes
  • ¼ onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, peeled, de-seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • Pinch of cumin powder
  • Pinch of chilli powder
  • Salt
  1. Squeeze the juice from the limes and place in a bowl.
  2. Scoop the flesh from the avocados, chop and place in the bowl with the lime juice.
  3. Mash the avocados well until creamy.
  4. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir well.
  5. Season with salt and garnish with some chopped coriander.

Titli's Tips
Guacamole is much easier to make and tastes better with ripe avocados. When you are in the supermarket, give the avocado the gentlest of squeezes. If it yields then it is ripe. If it isn’t ripe, it will feel like a brick!
