Chilli Prawns

This chilli prawns tapas is so simple, so quick and so full of flavour it'll blow your mind!
  • 250 g (8 oz) raw, peeled king prawns
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 red chilli, fresh or dried
  • Big pinch of paprika
  • Salt
  1. Slit the chilli along its length and remove the seeds. Chop the remaining flesh.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the prawns, the paprika and the chilli. Season with salt.
  4. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes until the prawns turn pink. Serve
