Pepper-Grilled Fish

If you think fish is boring, then try this really simple way to pep up some grilled fish!
  • 2 white fish fillets
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • ΒΌ tsp salt
  • Grated zest of a small lemon.
  1. Place the fish fillets on a grill pan or broiler tray.
  2. Mix the spices and lemon zest together and sprinkle it on the fish fillets.
  3. Grill or broil for 8-10 minutes before serving.
Titli's Tips
You can also dry-fry the fish in a pan if you prefer.

Any white fish will do for this recipe and it even works quite well for salmon. Serve with a salad or fresh salsa for a tip-top supper!
