Seekh Kebab
Seekh kebabs are the delicious sausage-like kebabs and they are SO EASY to make!
Ingredients
250 g minced lamb or beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp chopped parsley
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp onion seeds
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp salt
Method
| 1 | Mix all the ingredients together to make a dough. |
| 2 | Form the dough around a skewer to make a sausage shape. |
| 3 | Place the kebabs on some aluminium foil on a baking tray. Either cook under a hot grill OR cover with another sheet of aluminium foil and bake in an oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. |
Titli’s Tips
You may find that the dough doesn’t want to stick too well to the skewers. Just be firm with it and show it who is boss!
